Sinatra & Co. Marketing and Creative Direction
Sinatra & Co. is one of the largest real estate development and property management companies in Buffalo, NY with locations across the U.S. Having been founded in 2014, the company is a start-up, so as the director of marketing and creative, I was limited to using my $1M budget to advertising spends for over fifty different properties (i.e., PPC) and therefore, created, wrote, and managed all aspects of marketing campaigns. The first project I completed when I joined was re-branding the company logo and name, and designing the new website.
